Josh Taylor has several years of work experience, starting in 2006 when they worked as an IT Support Desk at Golden Square Primary School. From 2008 to 2009, they served as an Inbound Sales and Service Consultant at Excelior. Josh then joined M2 Group Ltd in 2010 as an Inbound Level 1 Technical Support Consultant. In 2012, they progressed to the role of Consumer Faults Management Level 2 (Voice) at M2 Group Ltd, where they worked until 2014. Since 2014, they have been employed at Tyco Retail Solutions as a Store Operations Technical Support.

Josh Taylor pursued their education at Bendigo Senior Secondary College from 2005 to 2007, where they completed a Certificate III in Information Technology (Network Admin). Following this, they attended the Australian Industry Group from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a BSB30207 Certificate III in Customer Contact.
