About Us Tycon has built a strong reputation in providing cost-effective stainless steel casting solutions to our clients all over the world. Since 1995, Tycon has successfully logged over 10,000 different castings in a variety of applications with casting weight ranging from several hundred grams to more than 600 kg a piece. We take pride in being able to supply top quality products to our discerning customers who are themselves market leaders in their own rights. Our foundries are located in Shenzhen, China, covering a built up area of 34,500 sqm. During the past decade, over US$ 10 million have been invested in casting hardwares, machine tools, and information technology. Today, we employ both investment casting (lost wax) and resin sand casting manufacturing processes. With a combined capacity of over 700 ton/month, Tycon is one of the leading stainless steel foundries in China both in terms of quality and capacity.
