Mark Dopkin is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in real estate law, currently serving as a Partner in the Real Estate Department at Tydings & Rosenberg LLP since 1999. Notable accomplishments include providing counsel to a leading real estate developer in the Mid-Atlantic region, acting as a title agent and escrow for numerous commercial real estate sales and loans involving transactions up to $75 million, and representing both borrowers and lenders in multi-million-dollar loan transactions, including revenue bonds. Prior to this, Mark was a Partner at Kaplan, Heyman, Greenberg, Engelman & Belgrad, P.A. from 1971 to 1999. Mark holds a JD from the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law and a BA in American Government from Union College.
