Smriti Goel is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in various leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Chief People Officer at Tyfone, Inc., Smriti has previously held key positions such as Head of Human Resources for Netskope in India and Head HR for the Oracle Service Line at Wipro Limited. Additional experience includes leading HR initiatives for the Mobility Practice at Samsung R&D Institute India and serving as HR Manager for South Asia Sales at Intel Corporation, where there was a focus on diversity and inclusion. Smriti holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Development from SCMHRD and a Bachelor's degree from Delhi University.
