Rakesh Das

Rakesh Das currently serves as Chief Credit Officer at Adani Capital since April 2024, following a tenure in the same role at Fincare Small Finance Bank from August 2016 to April 2024. Prior to Fincare, Rakesh held the position of Director & Head Risk at IFMR Capital from October 2011 to July 2016, where responsibilities included leading risk management across numerous partner entities in microfinance and related sectors. Rakesh's experience also includes serving as Senior Vice President at IntelleCash Microfinance Network Company, where significant contributions were made in overseas microfinance consulting, and as Senior Manager at BASIX, focusing on promoting microfinance initiatives in India. Rakesh began a career in marketing at IDE-India and completed postgraduate studies in rural management at Xavier Institute of Social Service.
