Alexander Cusack's work experience includes various roles in different companies. Alexander started their career at Vodafone Australia as a Retail Sales Consultant, where they achieved success and received awards for being one of the top-performing stores. Alexander later became a Customer Service Advisor and then a National Servicing Project Coordinator. At Telstra, they worked as a Sales Consultant and Tech Expert, consistently achieving high sales and being part of the top tech team in the country. Alexander then joined Bank of Queensland, where they worked as a Customer Service Officer, Business Support Consultant, and Pricing Analyst, gaining knowledge in banking operations and product support. Alexander then moved to Queensland Treasury Corporation as a Credit Risk Analyst, handling credit risk assessment. Currently, they are working at Tyl by NatWest as a Merchant Onboarding Manager and has recently transitioned to the role of Merchant Onboarding Lead.
Alexander Cusack completed their Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Finance and International Business at QUT (Queensland University of Technology) from 2014 to 2016.
