Chris Edney has extensive work experience in the field of data analytics and customer insights. Chris is currently working as a Data Analytics Lead at Tyl by NatWest since April 2023.

Prior to this, Chris worked at O2 (Telefónica UK) from August 2010 to March 2023, holding multiple roles including Intelligent Journey Orchestration Lead, Customer Analytics Lead, and Business Insights Team Manager. During this time, they were responsible for driving customer analytics and insights, improving marketing campaign performance, and managing a team.

Before joining O2, Chris worked at Hutchison 3G as a Customer Analyst from June 2007 to July 2010. In this role, they provided comprehensive insights and built regression models to optimize marketing campaigns, with a specific focus on the PostPay customer base.

Chris's earlier experience includes working as a Database Marketing Product Manager at HFC Bank (HSBC) from September 2001 to May 2007.

Chris Edney attended the University of Exeter from 1998 to 2001, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
