Deanna Nowell

Deanna Nowell, ACE, is an accomplished picture and film editor with extensive experience in the television and film industry. Currently, Deanna serves as a picture editor for several notable projects, including "Grand Crew" at NBCUniversal, "Sacrifice" at BET Networks, and "Raising Dion" at Netflix. Deanna's editing work at Tyler Perry Studios encompasses popular series such as "Sistas," "Bruh," and "Young Dylan." As President of The Edit Factor, INC., an Atlanta-based post-production company, Deanna focuses on producing original and impactful content. Previous editorial projects include the drama series "Ambitions" on OWN and the SyFy/Netflix series "Superstition." Deanna's career began after earning a BA in Mass Media Arts from Clark Atlanta University.
