William Scruggs

William Scruggs is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and program management within the automotive industry. Currently serving as Engineering Manager at Tyler Pipe and Coupling, William has previously held key positions such as Manufacturing Engineering Manager and Launch Manager at Leggett & Platt Automotive, where focus was placed on team development and process improvements using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. Additional roles include Quality Engineer at Adient, Manufacturing Specialist at Engineered Resources LLC, and various engineering and program management positions at International Automotive Components and Textron Automotive Company. William holds multiple degrees, including a BS in Materials Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, a Master of Science in Engineering Management from Missouri University of Science and Technology, and has completed several Lean Six Sigma certifications.
