Abby Diaz

Abby Diaz is the Chief Legal Officer at Tyler Technologies. Abby has held this position since January 2016. Prior to that, they were the Vice President at Tyler Technologies from February 2014 to December 2016. Abby Diaz has also worked as a Contracts Specialist at Tyler Technologies from March 2012 to February 2014.

Abby Diaz began their career as a Law Clerk at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit from August 2004 to August 2005. Abby then worked as an Associate & Partner at Kirkland & Ellis LLP from October 2005 to January 2011. While at Kirkland, they worked on a variety of matters, including defense of patent infringement claims, anti-cutback claims under ERISA, international RICO fraud claims, and contractual disputes (tax-sharing agreements, joint venture agreements, etc.).

Abby Diaz has a JD from Cornell Law School and a BA in Languages (French/Spanish) & Philosophy from Georgetown University.

They are on a team with Bryan Proctor - President, Public Safety Division, Samantha Crosby - Chief Marketing Officer, and Dane Womble - President, Local Government Division. Abby Diaz reports to Lynn Moore Jr., President, CEO & Board Member.
