Kristi Lawrence possesses extensive experience in IT management, currently serving as the Manager of IT End User Services at Tyler Technologies. Prior roles include Director of Operations Lead for the IT Service Desk and Senior Operations Manager for both Internal and Mac IT Service Desks at Kelly Services. Kristi Lawrence also held the position of Operations Manager for the IT Service Desk. Kristi Lawrence holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from Northwood University, completed between 2007 and 2009, and has educational experience at Macomb Community College.
