Lori Reid

Lori Reid is an experienced professional in the field of municipal court services, currently serving as the Director of Client Services for Incode Court at Tyler Technologies since October 2005. Prior roles at Tyler Technologies include Support Manager, Team Lead for Court Implementation, and Solutions Consultant, where Lori provided product demonstrations and consultations to clients nationwide. Lori's expertise encompasses Municipal Court operations, including Building Projects, Business License, and Cashiering applications, alongside data analysis for conversions. Prior to Tyler Technologies, Lori was the Associate Judge and Court Administrator for the City of Rollingwood, Texas, where responsibilities included judicial decision-making on Class C Misdemeanor cases. Lori received education from the University of Wisconsin.
