Matthew Atkins

Matthew Atkins has over a decade of experience in software engineering, currently serving as a Software Engineering Team Lead at Tyler Technologies since October 2015, following the acquisition of New World Systems where Matthew had been a Solution Consultant since July 2012. Prior to this, Matthew worked as a Lead and Senior Software Engineer at Tyler Technologies, focusing on the development of features in the Human Resources application of the New World ERP suite, utilizing full-stack development and the MVC pattern. Matthew began the career in the culinary field as a Cook at Italian Oven from May 2011 to July 2012, where responsibilities included food preparation and staff training. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Central Michigan University, earned in 2012.
