Nolan Jones

Nolan Jones is an accomplished senior executive with extensive experience in technology and business operations. Currently serving as Senior General Manager at Tyler Technologies within the Digital Services Division since February 2023, Nolan has also been General Manager of Kansas Information Consortium and General Manager of Louisiana Interactive at NIC Inc. since January 2015, driving significant business development, strategic planning, and market expansion initiatives. Previously, Nolan held the role of Director of eGovernment Innovation at NIC, providing expertise in mobile technology and business applications. Other notable positions include Director of Operations/General Legal Counsel at En Technologies and Chief Information Officer at the Colorado Department of Revenue, overseeing IT operations for the department. Nolan's educational background includes a JD from Seattle University School of Law and a BS in Political Science and Government from the University of Washington.
