Gerard N. Casale

Gerard N. Casale is a Co-Founder & Managing Director at TYLT Ventures. Gerard was also a Head of Business Affairs/General Counsel at TYLT from July 2018 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were a Member/Partner at TroyGould PC from February 2010 to February 2012, where they specialized in Securities Law, International Business law and Risk/ Crisis Management for mission critical special situations. Gerard was also a Board of Directors Member at Gamevice from September 2016 to June 2017, and an observer at TodayTix from October 2015 to October 2015. Gerard N. Casale is also the Founder & CEO of X-Laboratories, which they founded in January 2000 and ran until December 2003. Gerard is currently a Partner at Casale Alliance, LLP, a position they have held since October 1993.

Gerard N. Casale graduated from Pepperdine Law with a Juris Doctor and from Fairfield University with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
