Eric Sherman

Eric Sherman is the Vice President of Business Development at Tyme Global Technologies. Eric has over 20 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a focus on the call center and contact center industry. Eric has held leadership positions at Stratus Contact Solutions and Sherman Marketing Group, where they were responsible for new business development, building partnership alliances, and contact center strategy.

Eric has a proven track record of creating new business opportunities and maintaining large networks of industry contacts and strategic partnerships. Eric is skilled in responding to RFI/RFP's, negotiating pricing and contracts, and conducting presentations to senior executives. Eric is passionate about delivering excellent customer care and providing a positive customer experience.

Eric Sherman earned their BS in Marketing from Fairleigh Dickinson University and their Program in Marketing Management from Pace University.

Their manager is Ryan Levin, CEO. They work with Jacob Robfogel - CTO, David Cristescu - Chief Strategy Officer, and Belinda Huyser - QA Manager.
