Rachel Freeman

Rachel Freeman is a seasoned professional in the financial services and technology sectors, currently serving as an SFF 2023 Ambassador for the Singapore FinTech Festival and as a Board Member for Tribe Fintech. Rachel holds the positions of Chief Growth Officer and Executive Director at Tyme, where initiatives focus on developing a multi-country digital bank network. Rachel's extensive experience includes leadership roles at IFC, where advisory programs targeted financial inclusion and climate change mitigation, and significant accomplishments in SME finance and legislative reforms in Central Asia. Rachel co-founded Microleasing LLC and managed a regional economic development initiative with the U.S. Department of State, showcasing a strong commitment to economic development and women's empowerment. Rachel earned a Bachelor's Degree from Middlebury College and an MBA from the University of Michigan - Ann Arbor.
