Folajimi Odukomaiya has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. In 2016, they worked as a Navigation Data Analyst at Navtech, where they coded and visualized airspace data. At Equinix, from 2017 to 2018, they served as a Business Analyst and designed a dashboard to track Key Performance Indicators for the Customer Success Manager team. Folajimi co-founded DailyKobo in 2017, a content business focusing on personal finance and entrepreneurship. In 2018, they joined Royal Mail as a Junior Data Scientist, where they utilized Natural Language Processing and web scraping to identify fraudulent stamp listings. At LoalApp in 2019, they built risk monitoring dashboards and developed an affordability assessment system. In 2020, they worked at Antler as an Entrepreneur in Residence, learning about conducting user interviews, validating startup ideas, and creating pitch decks. Folajimi also co-founded GeoHood, a real estate analytics software provider, and conceptualized a Machine Learning python package at LoalApp. From 2021 to 2022, they were a Co-Founder at Data Jedi, where they launched an online data analytics/science education platform and designed the curriculum. Folajimi Odukomaiya started their education in 2008 at King's Hospital School in Dublin, Ireland, where they obtained their Irish Leaving Certificate in an unspecified field of study. In 2010, they pursued a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Aeronautical Engineering at City, University of London. After completing this degree in 2014, they went on to further their education at Cambridge Spark in 2017-2018, where they obtained a certification in Applied Data Science. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Equinix in January 2018 and Aviation Safety Awareness from the International Air Transport Association (IATA) in May 2015.
