Ray Williams has had a long and varied career in customer service, beginning in 1996 as a Warehouse Operative for Pipeline Center. Ray then moved to Sainsbury's in 1998 to work in Customer Service, and in 2000 they became Trade Counter Supervisor for Pipeline Center Industrial Plastics. In 2001, they began working for EDF Energy in various roles, including Team Performance Coach, Customer Service roles, Green Deal Project Software Implementation, and Customer Service Manager. In 2017, Ray took a position as Customer Service Manager for Templer Homebuild Ltd, followed by Team Support at Western Power Distribution in 2018, and Customer Service Supervisor at Riverford Organic Farmers in 2019. Most recently, Ray has been working as Customer Service Manager for Tympa Health Technologies Ltd since 2022.
