Andy Edelsten

Andy Edelsten has extensive work experience in human resources management. Andy is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Tyndale Christian School. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Manager at Tatachilla Lutheran College and as the HR & Operations Manager at Assured Home Care. Additionally, they held positions such as the Human Resources Director at LCBT, Director of Human Resources at Avanti Communications Group plc, and Head of HR at YMCA Central. Andy also served as the Head of Group HR at STA Travel and HR Manager at Avanti Communications Group plc. Andy's early career included roles as the Group HR Manager, Group Health & Fitness Manager, and Training & Development Manager at Fitness Exchange Group.

Andy Edelsten has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) degree in Sports Studies / History from the University of Surrey, which they obtained from 1990 to 1993. Andy also holds a Master of Science degree in Exercise & Health Sciences from the University of Surrey, which they earned from 1996 to 1999. In addition, they have a Master of Science degree in Human Resources from London South Bank University, which they completed from 2004 to 2005. Andy also has several certifications, including being a Chartered Fellow of CIPD since 2006, a Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute since 2013, and a Certified Practitioner in FCPHR from the Australian Human Resources Institute since 2016.
