Jean Shin

Jean Shin has a diverse work experience spanning several companies. Jean began their career at AT&T as a Business Analyst in 1991. Jean then joined Cheil Communications (Samsung in-house agency) in 1992 as a Samsung Electronics Account Manager, where they worked until 1997. Following this, they joined DDB Worldwide as an Account Supervisor for the DEC/Compaq Account from 1998 to 1999. In 2000, they joined Centerpoint Design as an Editor for Samsung DigitAll and Samsung Telecom News, where they worked for 12 years until 2012. After taking a professional sabbatical for learning and sharing in four continents from 2013 to 2014, they joined Consileon Business Consultancy GmbH. There, they worked in various roles, including a Director-level position in tyntec, where they started in 2014 as a Strategic Marketing Director before moving to Director, Strategy & Content from 2018 to 2022. Currently, they serve as the Director of Enterprise Solutions at tyntec.

Jean Shin has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing & Technology Management from the Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute - The Lally School of Management.
