Marika Kolehmainen

Marika Kolehmainen is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience in recruitment, employee development, and organizational support, currently serving as a Human Resources Specialist at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in Finland since March 2023. Prior to this role, Marika worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Palkeet, managing the recruitment process from planning to reporting.
