Minna Nieminen

Minna Nieminen is currently serving as a Senior Specialist at the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment in Finland since September 2019. Previously, Minna held the position of Negotiations Manager at Akavan Erityisalat from May 2016 to August 2019, focusing on education and labor policy, contract negotiation in the higher education sector, and coordinating research. Minna has also been the Head of Unit at the Finnish Medical Association, overseeing a team responsible for labor market advocacy and member services. Additional roles include Senior Advisor at The Finnish Business School Graduates, Project Manager for Enterprise Europe Network, Project Coordinator at Turku University of Applied Sciences, and various research and advisory positions in higher education. Minna holds a Master of Social Sciences from the University of Turku and has pursued additional education in human resources and management.
