Laura Daniels

Laura Daniels is the current Chief People Officer at Typeform. Prior to their current position, Laura was the Global Head of People Success Organization at Autodesk from November 2013 to June 2021. In this role, Laura facilitated Autodesk's strategic transition to a customer-centric company amid rapid workforce changes. Laura also managed a global team of 30+ People Consultants and strategic employee relations experts. Laura introduced an HR consultancy model at Autodesk that facilitated the delivery and adoption of HR services in a consistent and impactful way across the company.

Before their time at Autodesk, Laura was the Human Resources Director, Business Partner at Charles Schwab from August 2012 to November 2013. In this role, Laura partnered with and coached General Counsel, Risk Management, and Internal Audit executives to align talent and HR plans with challenging business/regulatory demands in an environment resistant to change. Laura also crafted critical succession, development, and retention plans for Legal, Risk, Audit, and Compliance leadership to ensure continuity and adherence to federal regulatory requirements.

They are on a team with Karrie Sanderson - Chief Marketing Officer, Òscar Carbonell Dolz - Chief of Staff and Senior Director of Strategy, and Xavier Castellana - CFO. Laura Daniels reports to Joaquim Lecha, CEO.
