Laura Pinzariu

Laura Pinzariu is a Senior HR Technology Analyst at Typeform since January 2022, where responsibilities include leading company-wide engagement surveys and creating dashboards for data-driven decision-making. Previously, Laura served as a Recruitment Enablement Partner and Candidate Experience Lead at Typeform, significantly enhancing recruitment efficiency and candidate experience. Prior to joining Typeform, Laura worked at Palantir Technologies from February 2019 to December 2021 as a Recruiting Coordinator Lead, optimizing interview scheduling processes, and served as a Recruiting Coordinator & Operations Analyst. Laura also contributed as a Recruitment Coordinator and Associate Consultant at Alchemy. Educational qualifications include a Data Analyst Bootcamp at GoIT and a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology with Social Psychology from the University of Essex.
