Simisa Simic

Simisa Simic's work experience begins in 2014 with a two-week professional practice at Rudnik i Termoelektrana Ugljevik, where they gained insight into the production process of coal to electrical power and learned about power transformers, generators, and power electronics. In 2018, Simisa joined Typhoon HIL, Inc. as an Application Engineer, focusing on their ultra-high fidelity Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) real-time emulators for power electronics. Simisa later took on the role of Power System and Power Electronics Engineer.

Simisa Simic completed their Bachelor of Education (BEd) in Power Systems at the Faculty of Technical Sciences, University of Novi Sad, from 2013 to 2017. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at the same institution from 2017 to 2018.

In 2018, Simisa Simic also obtained a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering and Informatics from the Technical University of Košice.

Additionally, they have obtained several certifications, including "Mastering Microcontroller and Embedded Driver Development" and "Microcontroller Embedded C Programming: Absolute Beginners" from Udemy, "Board Game Strategy Operations Finance (SOF)" and "Project Management" from Menadžment Centar Beograd (MCB), and "Capstone Design Project in Power Electronics" and "Power Electronics Specialization" from Coursera.

Furthermore, they have completed various online courses on topics such as "Advanced Converter Control Techniques," "Converter Control," "Magnetics for Power Electronic Converters," "Converter Circuits," and "Introduction to Power Electronics" from Coursera.

Lastly, Simisa Simic completed the "Inbound Certification" from HubSpot in January 2020.
