Israel graduated as a Civil Engineer from the UPM (Polytechnic University of Madrid), and holds an MBA (URJC) and Master in Corporate Finance (EUDE Business School). His professional experience extends to all areas of civil engineering and emblematic buildings, and he is actively involved in the various phases of infrastructure development. While maintaining an intense technical commitment, Israel carries out administrative activities, team and resource management, and business leadership functions both nationally and internationally. Positions held at TYPSA include Regional Manager of Aragon, Navarre and La Rioja, Director of TYPSA’s subsidiary in Brazil (Engecorps) and since 2018 he has been the Group’s Global Director of Water Infrastructure.
