Noelia Garcia

Noelia Garcia is an experienced quality and business systems improvement manager with a strong background in the construction and engineering sectors. Currently serving as Quality Manager for C2-C3 Design at TYPSA, Noelia previously worked at HS2 Ltd, overseeing business systems improvement for the £2 billion High Speed railway project and managing quality for the Euston Approaches Tunnel Project. Additional experience includes quality management for the Thames Tideway project at Tideway London, where coordination and assurance covered multiple central sites, as well as key roles at Geocisa UK Ltd and Soil Mechanics, among others. Educational credentials include an MSc in Contaminated Land from the University of Portsmouth and a Bachelor's in Geology from the Universidad del País Vasco.
