Tony Bolf has over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Tony began their career in 2000 as a Food and Beverage Attendant with Stamford Hotels and Resorts. Tony then moved on to Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as a Bar Supervisor in 2002. In 2004, they became an Assistant Restaurant Manager with Nick's Restaurant & Bar Group. In 2007, they took on the role of Bar Manager with The Burlington Bar & Dining. From 2008 to 2011, they worked as an Events Manager with Heritage Portfolio. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Venue Manager with Grand Pacific Group. From 2015 to 2017, they were a Consultant with Michael Page Australia. Finally, from 2017 to 2018, they were a Consultant with FutureYou and then a Director of Business Development, Regional Director of Sales | APAC, Enterprise Sales Manager | UK, Europe & South Central Asia, Enterprise Sales Executive | India, South Asia & United Kingdom, and Business Development Manager | Australia & New Zealand with Typsy.
Tony Bolf has completed a Graduate Diploma of Business from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2018, a Graduate Certificate in Business from The University of Notre Dame Australia in 2016, and a Diploma in Hospitality Management from TAFE NSW.
