Zea Melton

Zea Melton is a seasoned program management professional with a robust background in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Program Management at Tyra Biosciences since March 2025, Zea previously held various positions at Allogene Therapeutics from July 2018 to March 2025, including Senior Program Manager, Manager of Program Management, Lab Manager, and Scientist. Prior experience includes a significant role as a Scientist at Pfizer from 2006 to July 2018, where contributions were made to the Protein Engineering sectors both in the Phage Display Group and Hybridoma Group. Zea holds a Bachelor's Degree in Molecular, Cell, and Developmental Biology from the University of California, Santa Cruz, obtained in 2005.
