Monika Twardzik

Monika Twardzik is a legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Rechtsanwältin and Jurist at the German-Swedish Chamber of Commerce since January 2021, Monika has previously worked as a Legal Advisor at the German British Chamber of Industry and Commerce from June 2016 to July 2019, and as a Rechtsanwältin/IP litigation paralegal at Bristows Law Firm from July 2013 to June 2016. Additional experience includes trainee positions at the European Medicines Agency, Land Hessen, the German Embassy in Stockholm, Rechtsanwälte Ziegler & Kollegen, the Federal Institute for Drugs and Medical Devices (BfArM), the Department of Public Prosecution in Frankfurt am Main, and the Regional Court in Frankfurt am Main. Monika holds a Staatsexamen in Pharmaceutical Law and Health Law from The Philipp University of Marburg and has studied at the University of Kent.
