Cristos Ifantides MD, MBA is a distinguished ophthalmologist with extensive experience in clinical applications development and global outreach in ophthalmology. Currently serving as the Director of Clinical Applications Development at Ace Vision Group and as an Associate at Tyson Eye, Cristos specializes in refractive and complex cataract surgery, in addition to acting as a principal investigator in clinical trials. Previous roles include Director of Ophthalmic Global Outreach at the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus and Ophthalmologist at Denver Health. With a fellowship in Global Ophthalmology from Wills Eye Hospital, Cristos has performed advanced surgical techniques and contributed to low-resource surgical efforts across four continents. Educational background includes an MD with Honors from the University of Florida College of Medicine and an MBA from UF Hough Graduate School of Business, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Classical Studies.
