Emily Ward, PHR, is a seasoned professional in human resources and talent management with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as Sr Manager of Human Resources at Tyson Foods, Emily has successfully led a transition to a behavior-based talent management model and spearheaded succession planning and organizational assessment. As co-owner of Travel & Tap, a mobile beverage service, Emily manages operations, marketing, and customer service. Previous roles at J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. included Leadership Development Consultant, where Emily implemented successful virtual learning initiatives, and Human Resources Manager, which focused on talent retention and engagement. Emily began their career in admissions at Florida State University and Arkansas Tech University, where skills in recruitment and relationship management were developed. Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from Arkansas Tech University.
