Gordon McGrath

Gordon McGrath currently serves as the Vice President and Associate General Counsel at Tyson Foods, a position held since June 2020. Prior to this role, Gordon was the Vice President of Corporate Affairs at Alitheon from March 2019 to June 2020 and held various legal positions at Boeing, including Chief Counsel and Senior Counsel, from September 2008 to February 2019. Earlier in the career, Gordon worked as a Senior Associate at Holme Roberts & Owen LLP and as an Associate at White & Case LLP. Gordon's experience also includes serving as an Associate in both Private Equity and Mergers & Acquisitions at GE from 1999 to 2003. Gordon earned a Doctor of Law (JD) from Columbia University between 1996 and 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and American Literature from Middlebury College from 1991 to 1995.
