Katherine F. Pickus currently serves as Vice President of Sustainability and Global Impact at Tyson Foods since June 2021. Previously, Katherine held the role of Vice President of Global Sustainability at Griffith Foods from May 2019 to July 2021 and Divisional Vice President of Sustainability at Abbott from March 2004 to August 2018, earning progressive promotions while focusing on sustainability and philanthropy. At Abbott, Katherine also led the Abbott Fund, managing programs with NGOs and disaster relief efforts. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Corporate Communications at Fruit of the Loom, Special Assistant to the National Security Advisor at The White House, and Special Assistant to the Director of the United States Information Agency. Katherine holds a Bachelor of Arts in Multi-Disciplinary Studies from Mary Baldwin University and is currently pursuing Executive Education at Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
