Michelle Ledoux, CP-FS, currently serves as the Food Safety & Quality Assurance General Manager at Tyson Foods since February 2024. Prior to this role, Michelle worked as the Quality Assurance/Food Safety Manager at Okanagan Specialty Fruits Inc., contributing to the development of the Arctic Apple. Earlier experience includes a lengthy tenure at Honey Solutions, where Michelle held various leadership positions in Quality Assurance and Food Safety, and a position as Technical Associate at Solvay Chemicals, Inc. and QC Analyst at Solvay Polymers. Michelle holds a Master's Degree in Food Safety from the University of Arkansas, a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Clear Lake, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Chemical Engineering Technology from Texas State Technical College Harlingen.
