David Albrecht

David Albrecht, PMP, currently serves as Program Manager at Tyto Athene, LLC (formerly AT&T GSI) since April 2021, overseeing projects such as the Joint Training Center. Previously, David held various roles at AT&T Global Business - Public Sector Solutions from October 2004 to April 2021, including interim project supervisor for the Blue Ridge Parkway Microwave Upgrade and program manager for 5G prototyping efforts at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA. Earlier experience includes positions as Project Manager and Modelling & Simulation Engineer at Engineering and Computer Simulations from January 1998 to March 2004. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Management Information Systems from Penn State University and received culinary training at the New York Restaurant School.
