Marcus Ellis

Marcus Ellis is an experienced spectrum management professional with a career spanning over three decades. Currently serving as Sr. Spectrum Manager at Tyto Athene, LLC since December 2023, Marcus previously held the position of Senior Spectrum Manager for the Radio Frequency Communication Division at CommNet, LLC from December 2017 to December 2023. Prior to that, Marcus worked at Alion Science and Technology as the Spectrum Assignments Division Action Officer, demonstrating proficiency in various spectrum management systems and supporting multiple government entities, including the Department of Defense and Federal Aviation Administration. Additional experience includes roles at Odyssey Systems and Insight Technology, URS Corporation, and a 20-year tenure in the United States Marine Corps as a Tactical Communication Specialist. Marcus holds a diploma in General Studies from Provine High School.
