Steven Head

Steven Head has a diverse work experience spanning over 25 years. Steven started their career in 1992 as an Aviation Logistics Tactical Information Systems (ALTIS) Specialist in the United States Marine Corps. After leaving the military in 1998, Steven worked as a Senior Systems Engineer at Networks Inc. and SMF Systems before joining BAE Systems Information Technology as a Lead Systems Administrator in 2006. In 2010, they became a VMware Engineer at Viatech Inc. and then went on to work as a Secure Systems Analyst at BAE Systems Information Technology in 2011. Steven joined Dell in 2012 as a Senior Systems Engineer. Steven then worked at LGS Innovations as a Virtualization Engineer for a brief period in 2015 before joining Tyto Athene, LLC. At Tyto Athene, they held various roles including Lead Enterprise Architect and is currently serving as the Director of New Business Solutions.

Steven Head attended the University of Maryland Global Campus but the dates of their enrollment and the field of study are unknown. Steven has also obtained various certifications throughout their career, including ITIL Foundation from EXIN in 2012, MCTS: Windows 7, Configuration, MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Active Directory, Configuration, and MCTS: Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, Configuration from Microsoft in 2012, VMware Certified Professional (VCP) in 2010, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) from (ISC)² in 2009, Certified Novell Engineer (CNE) from Novell in 1999, and MCSE1: Windows NT 4.0 from Microsoft in 1999.
