Udi Yehezkel

Technical Support Manager at TytoCare

Udi Yehezkel has over three decades of work experience in various roles, primarily in technical support and management positions. Udi currently serves as a Technical Support Manager at TytoCare since November 2021. Previously, from October 2020 to July 2021, they held the position of Global Support Manager at Applied Spectral Imaging (ASI).

Prior to that, Udi served as an International Customer Success Manager at Adin Digital Ltd (StartUp) from December 2016 to August 2020, where they were responsible for forming the international Customer Success team and managing product quality assurance and releases.

From August 2009 to May 2016, Udi worked at A.I.type (StartUp) as a Partner & Support Manager, handling support, sales, business development, and QA responsibilities.

Udi also served as a QA & IT Manager at Crescendo Networks for a brief period in 2008.

Earlier in their career, Udi held various roles at Marvell Israel Ltd., including Engineering Manager, QA & IT Director, and QA Manager. Udi was with the company from 1997 to 2007.

Before Marvell, Udi worked at HP as a Rest of World (ROW) Customer Success Manager from 1994 to 1997, and at Orbotech as a Response Center Manager from 1989 to 1993 where they established the US Response Center and managed a large team of engineers and support staff.

Udi Yehezkel started their education journey at Northeastern University from 1990 to 1993, where they pursued a BSET degree in Computer Technology. After completing their undergraduate studies, they went on to Heriot-Watt University from 2002 to 2004 to obtain their MBA degree, specializing in Masters. Later in 2011, Udi attended SMMU for a short period of time to further enhance their skills in Social Media Marketing, earning a graduate degree in the field.
