Monica Chinchilla

Monica Chinchilla is currently a Law Clerk at Tyz Law Group PC, focusing on legal research and writing in intellectual property disputes. Previous experience includes roles as a Legal Intern at Mixpanel and a Summer Associate at Liebert Cassidy Whitmore. Monica served as a Student Clinician for the Intellectual Property Clinic at the University of San Francisco School of Law, where responsibilities included prosecuting trademark registrations and drafting various legal agreements. Additional experience includes a legal internship with the San Francisco City Attorney's Office, a Law Clerk position at the Superior Court of California, and extensive legislative management as Chief of Staff for the San Francisco Board of Supervisors. Monica holds a JD from the University of San Francisco School of Law and a BA in Sociology, Legal Studies, and Economics from the same institution.
