Katie James

Katie James is a Software Engineer at TZ Medical since June 2021, following experience as a Web Design Intern at George Fox University from August 2018 to May 2021. During the internship, Katie built and updated web pages, optimized workflows using Cascade's REST API and Node.js, and collaborated with university departments. Other roles at George Fox University included serving as a Mathematics Grader & TA, administering grades for multiple math courses, and providing student support, as well as working as a Mathematics Tutor. Katie also gained experience as a Software Tester at Catalyst College, focusing on testing and debugging the Catalyst platform, and served as a Workshop Assistant with SIMIODE, INC. in July 2019, supporting differential equations workshops. Katie holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from George Fox University, earned in 2021.
