Firas Althibani's work experience begins in 2011 as a Research Analyst at Ipsos, where they collected and interpreted data for clients. In 2012, they transitioned to SLF Metal Industries as a Sales and Marketing Specialist, managing the sales team and implementing productivity plans. From 2012 to 2017, Firas worked at Albijadi Group as an IT Manager, handling IT infrastructure rollout and managing the IT department staff. In 2018, they started their own consumer electronics retail store called Smartech, where they oversaw inventory, budgeting, and sales. At Amazon, Firas held multiple roles from 2020 to 2021, including Customer Service Specialist, Acting Resolution Specialist, and Advanced Payment Exceptions and Account Technical Support, providing support to customers and resolving escalated issues. Currently, they are working at SMG - Service Management Group as a Software Support Engineer, handling client requests and troubleshooting complex issues.

Firas Althibani completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics from the American University of Sharjah from 2006 to 2011. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a Lean Six Sigma White Belt Certification from the Aveta Business Institute in June 2021. Firas also completed various Python-related certifications from Rice University, including Python Data Visualization, Python Data Analysis, Python Data Representations, and Python Programming Essentials, all obtained in August and September 2019.
