Benjamin Crosby

Benjamin Crosby has a diverse work experience in various roles related to labor management, industrial engineering, supply chain, and production management.

Benjamin started their career as an Operational Intern at Millard Refrigerated Services in 2011.

From 2014 to 2016, they worked as a 2nd Shift Production Manager at Lineage Logistics, where they managed customer-specific product production, handled inventory management tasks, and scheduled inbound and outbound shipments.

In 2016, they joined WestRock Company as a Supply Chain/Continuous Improvement professional, where they stayed until 2019.

In 2019, Benjamin joined Americold Logistics, LLC. as an Industrial Engineer II. Benjamin progressed to the role of Senior Industrial Engineer and then became the Regional Industrial Engineering Manager in 2021. Their tenure with Americold Logistics ended in 2023.

Currently, Benjamin is serving as the Associate Director of Services at TZA Labor Management Software, starting in February 2023.

Benjamin Crosby obtained a Master of Science degree in Operations Management from The University of Alabama from 2012 to 2013. Before that, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Operations Management from the same university from 2007 to 2011. In terms of additional certifications, they became a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner in February 2023, accredited by Prosci.
