Erez Ofer

Erez Ofer is a seasoned professional in the healthcare sector with extensive experience spanning over three decades. Currently serving as the General Manager of Tzamal Medical Group since March 2017, Erez leads a family-owned business known for its innovative offerings in the Israeli healthcare market. Prior to this role, Erez held various key positions at Johnson & Johnson Medical, including Executive Director and Director of Strategic Affairs, where responsibilities encompassed business planning, crisis management, and lobbying. Erez also founded and served as CEO of Growth Direction Ltd., providing consulting and coaching services to startups and established companies in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries. Erez began the career as a sales representative at Zamal - Modern Medical Equipment, building a solid foundation in surgical products and professional education. Erez holds an Executive MBA in Strategic Management from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
