Katie Nolan

Katie Nolan joined TZP Group as a Senior Associate of Capital Formation in November 2021. Katie began her career in 2017 as an Associate in EY’s Corporate Tax group where she worked on tax diligence, research, structuring, compliance and business development.

Upon promotion to Senior Associate, Katie moved to EY’s Strategy & Transactions practice where she led business development initiatives and focused on cross-departmental coordination and direct-to-client sales. Katie was also an analyst performing strategy projects, M&A transaction diligence, and valuations work.

Katie received a B.A. in Political Science from the University of Maryland, College Park and a M.S. in Accounting and Taxation from Fordham University.
