Scott Liu

Scott Liu has a Master's degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from North Carolina State University. Scott has held various high-level positions at IBM, including Partner for Application Service in Great China, and Global Business Head for IBM Taiwan. Currently, Scott serves as the Director of the Human Resource Department at Tzu Chi Foundation, where Scott focuses on organization and operation transformation, HR policy formulation, process reengineering, and eHR building.
