Ard van Oosten

Ard van Oosten is an experienced psychiatrist and manager, currently serving as a psychiatrist and manager of treatment at U-center since May 2022, and as a senior lecturer at NSPOH since April 2024. With a background in strategic management as an MScBA from Erasmus University Rotterdam, Ard has held various roles including psychiatrist and program manager for work at Indigo Rijnmond, HR consultant at Parnassia Groep, and columnist at UWV. Additional contributions include training roles at ACT in Actie and Greenleaf Academy, along with auditing positions and blogging for Talent in Ontwikkeling.
