Brian Poli

Brian Poli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in production support and data management, currently serving as Production Support Manager at U-Haul International, Inc. since April 2021, overseeing a team of 24/7 production support analysts specializing in mainframe, SAP, and Oracle. In addition to this role, Brian has been actively involved with Junior Achievement of Arizona as a Board Member and Logistical Chair since 2016. Previous positions include Data Services Manager at Wells Fargo, managing server and job support teams, and Data Operations Manager at AAA Northern California, Nevada & Utah, where responsibilities encompassed production support and database administration. Brian's career began at JP Morgan Chase as a Platform Developer, followed by various leadership and technical roles in data management and IT. Brian holds an M.B.A. in Human Resources and a Master’s in Information Systems Management, complemented by a Bachelor's in Relational Database Management Systems.
