Sam Skelly

Sam Skelly is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer management and collections. Currently serving as a Collector at UKAR since November 2011, Sam manages collections for Northern Rock (Asset Management) plc, focusing on residential mortgages and unsecured loans. Prior to this role, Sam was an In-House Account Manager at RIBA Enterprises from February 2008 to September 2011, fostering relationships with customers and assisting them with software utilization. Sam's earlier experience includes working as a Collections Consultant at Creation Consumer Finance, where responsibilities included negotiating payment terms and managing arrears collections, as well as serving as a Primary Care IT Officer with the Northern Health and Social Services Board, providing IT support and training for GP staff. Sam holds a BEng degree in Software Engineering from Ulster University and has a solid educational background from The Royal Belfast Academical Institution.
